Ya know, I drove up here for the coffee……By Dr. Richard Reikowski, Au.D Family Hearing and Balance Center

….. Says Tom,  with a smile. Yep, it’s the free coffee… that’s what I like… 🙂 Oh, and also to chat with such friendly people.

He is a great guy and I am happy that he enjoys the coffee, chatting with our staff, and even when we have time between the coffee and chatting, hey, we even take a look at his digital hearing devices….:)

I recall one of my Uncles, years ago, saying to me that he could go anywhere to buy a hearing aid, but it was in the knowledge and quality of the person who he chose, of utmost importance, to help his hearing. I was honored to hear this and to live up to this ideal.  Hearing, tinnitus, and balance concerns can be helped. I also believe we can help those with misophonia and sound sensitivities.

Some of the best parts of the day begin and end with conversations and being a part of peoples’ lives. It’s what our staff are dedicated to achieve each and every day!

Isn’t that fantastic that someone would find it so enjoyable to spend time with you enjoying coffee and chatting…..?

Talking with the patients and pointing out our “service bar” is my favorite part of the day!
Everyone has a story and I feel privileged to get to hear some of them!
