Success can be defined in many ways for many reasons. I think the word “success” as being the process in which we act, perform, or achieve a certain goal. I recall recently watching my daughter ice skating in a performance. She dedicates many hours each week to developing her skills in skating, movements, and spins. Not only are these skills essential to one’s ice skating performance but is a precursor to other abilities.
The abilities I refer to are those of dedication and confidence. The dedication to seek success is through countless hours of practice to make these very critical movements, thought patterns to focus, understanding the reasoning for each movement, etc. The confidence to go out on the ice, and to display these ice skating talents and skills are wonderful. I see this in my daughter and wife. I am deeply proud of them for their dedication and confidence! The beauty in their achievements are great to experience.
Success for myself within my practice, and to help those with hearing, balance, and/or tinnitus, is an honor and a pleasure. To be given the opportunity to help those with these concerns, and to help them overcome and achieve success in improving quality of life is wonderful. It takes time to practice, learn, and grow to be best able to offer solutions to ones needs.
