Remote support works perfectly!

Connecting to a patient from a distance is now possible AND successful. Even more so, it’s quite easy for myself and the patient. This morning, I had a very nice visit with a patient as they sat at home in the comforts of their couch. Of course, the dog was resting comfortably as well..:)

I linked remotely to their digital hearing aids to make any adjustment necessary. Digital processing and Bluetooth connectivity is remarkable. Remote programming is exceptional with patients having mobility or transportation issues. The NE Ohio winter weather can be unpredictable and traveling to our office may not be necessary. Remote assistance and programming is a wonderful benefit to the patient and Audiologist!

Remote programming is a great tool for every audiologist to keep in their tool box, especially with winter around the corner!
