Richard Reikowski earned his Masters degree from the University of Akron in 1995 and completed his Doctorate of Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2004. Dr. Reikowski began his career working with Dr. Lippy at the Lippy Group for ENT in Warren, Ohio. He is Practice Owner and Director of Audiology Services for his private practices in Akron and Northfield Ohio. Dr. Reikowski is a member of the Ohio Academy of Audiology, the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association and formerly with the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Reikowski remains up-to-date with the most current hearing aid and tinnitus technology to better assist his patients. He advocates for hearing loss and tinnitus education and very much aware of the impact that hearing loss has on quality of life. He believes that education is the key in helping those with these needs. He has given numerous lectures and seminars to groups, hospitals, medical staff, and state of Ohio agencies. Outside of the office, he enjoys sailing and caring for his bee hives.

Kaylee J. Patton, Au.D – Doctor of Audiology

Kaylee J. Patton, Au.D. grew up in Portage Lakes, Ohio. Dr. Patton received her Bachelor of Science degree in communication disorders from Marshall University in 2015, and continued on to complete her doctoral degree in audiology from the Northeast Ohio Au.D. Consortium in 2019. During her graduate career she developed a passion for helping people understand and treat their hearing loss. She practices with an emphasis on providing care focused on patients’ individual needs to improve their quality of life. Outside of the office, she enjoys camping with her family and completing DIY projects for their home.
Katie Claytor, Au.D – Doctor of Audiology

Katie Claytor received her bachelor of arts from Case Western Reserve University in 2010 followed by her doctorate of audiology from Rush University in 2014. Upon graduation, she worked at the University of Michigan where she performed comprehensive audiologic evaluations, provided hearing aid care, and was a part of the intraoperative monitoring team for neurologic and otolaryngologic surgeries. She is enthusiastic about hearing health and the impact of hearing on quality of life, particularly in adults. In her spare time, she likes to forage, garden, cook, and spend time with her family.
Theresa H. Reikowski, M.A., CCC/A
Clinical Audiologist, Executive Administrator

Theresa received her Masters Degree in Audiology from Ball State University in Indiana. She has provided full hearing evaluations as well as counseling each patient regarding his or her hearing loss. Theresa has been on several hearing missions to Mexico and has served as the Latin American Representative with Siemens Labs, based in Germany. Terry, as she is commonly known, and Dr. Reikowski are also involved with charitable organizations that collect donated hearing instruments and glasses that are given to organizations such as I-Care International, who provide these donated items to those in need around the world.
