Let the birds sing……. By Dr. Richard Reikowski, Au.D Family Hearing and Balance Center Akron Ohio

Some moments and stories are meant to be shared. A patient and I had a great conversation this morning and it had to do with birds chirping. Something many may take for granted. He brought to my attention of how he can now hear the birds chirping, for the first time. He went on to share, how for decades this was not able to be achieved.

His new digital Resound LiNX hearing devices allowed for this to happen! After he removed the hearing devices….the bird songs went away. He said, “who muffled the birds?”

He said that it was truly remarkable. I agreed…..it most certainly is.

“Let the birds sing!”
