It’s the little things, really….. By Dr. Richard Reikowski, Au.D Family Hearing and Balance Center

Adding a pull string on a patients ear mold to help with insertion and removal can make all the difference! It’s the little things really….

Helping to connect a patient to their new smartphone from their old one. Streaming videos in YouTube or the web (It’s as easy as touching an app). It’s really quite simple, but we understand that it can be rather confusing to someone who is unsure how to solve these various problems. It may be compared to many specialty areas such as accounting, law, medicine, and even those in baking and construction….if you are a specialist or skilled in these fields, the answers may seem easy or matter of fact but if you are not, it isn’t so easy.

In the field of hearing, balance, and tinnitus we do our best to help people live their lives to the fullest and solve the often or occasional “little things” that happen. In fact, we look forward to it! We gladly take the time and explain so that……you can enjoy the little things.
