It’s all rather simple…Dr. Richard Reikowski, Au.D Family Hearing and Balance Center

Bluetooth connections can be the simplest of things when used with hearing devices…..streamlining to hearing aids, connecting to TV’s, adjusting hearing devices through a smart phone app, etc…..

However, issues can occur that render Bluetooth and the connection to the hearing devices broken and complicated. I had a phone call with a patient a few moments ago and her hearing devices were not connecting to her iphone and thus not connected to the app. Through a few “simple” pairing exercises she is back up and running, or should I say connected!

It’s all rather simple when the right solution is tried. We’ve all been there when technology causes frustrations from our computer to our “smart” phone.

I am humbled and happy with the outstanding relationship we have with our patients. It’s in these close connections that we ensure each patient has the confidence to call and inform us of any issue they are having. Our team is here to help!

“Who ya gonna call”….. not ghost busters! I’m glad our patients know who to call.
