It all Ripples out… By Dr. Richard Reikowski, Au.D Family Hearing and Balance Center

The effects of simply good hearing….. helps us connect with others and enjoy hearing the moments of life. A patient that has been hearing many new and enjoyable sounds stated, that when asked how she is enjoying her new digital hearing devices said, “you know, it all ripples out.” I asked further and she shared that she is having a great time experiencing the new sounds in her life. The sounds in her car, work, home, and with family, not to mention streaming calls and video from her smartphone are amazing! She felt it was hard to imagine that she has been going so long without hearing these parts of life. Sounds in life are something not to take for granted.

She described the rippling out of a stone tossed into a pond as the ripples of effect and benefits with improving her hearing loss. It’s great to see the smile on peoples faces with their new quality of hearing abilities!
