I finally did it, I’m ready to hear better!

With a smile, she said I finally got my hearing evaluated and looking forward to getting new hearing aids. We may not often see such excitement, but this patient was so pleased to consider the day when she could hear her family and her world, so much better. She has been regularly asking others to repeat and this has caused such frustrations, not only on her part, but for others. She’s fascinated by how advanced hearing aids have become. Digital processing can help resolve such complicated and difficult listening environments. Hearing aid technology can discern speech and noise, as well as look at the acoustics of the room a patient is in. Not to mention, smartphone connectivity and the patient hands-on-app, is easy to use and very effective.

I look forward to helping her to hear better!
