I call it excellent…. By Dr. Richard Reikowski, Au.D Family Hearing and Balance Center

“With my new hearing aids I have to say, “I hear excellent”! Background noise situations can be worked on, but I can put up with that, with the other many benefits I am receiving. I hear speech in church to levels of clarity that has not been achieved before. Lunch with my lady friends is so enjoyable and much better. No one is making fun or poking jokes at my hearing now. Hearing and understanding speech in noise is clearer than I anticipated! What a nice surprise!”

It’s always nice to hear words like this from patients. It wasn’t all too many years ago that digital hearing aids, being better than analog ending in the late 90’s, were better but not all that much better. We could adjust them on a computer instead of with a jewelers screwdriver with tone and output screw settings on the hearing devices. Those Audiologists being in the field for over 15-20 years know what I mean…..:) Over the last several years there has been vast, momentous, and successful ways to improve ones quality of hearing in life.

We are happy for her successes and truly believe solutions are present to help people have a better quality of life!
