I received this comment from a patient this morning after we have worked with remakes for resolving fit issues as well as adjustments to frequency response, speed of processing, and internal programming. Our goal always remains to help patients hear to the best of their ability. He said, you hit a home run!
He was so pleased that not only did we achieve a much better all around fit and sound, but that we didn’t give up or settle on less than full success. He seemed to feel obligated to personally thank me in keep trying. It makes me think about the vast limitations of internet and retail encounters, in stories shared by patients. It’s a true disconnect in patient care and not reaching a close relationship between the patient and professional. After all, talking and sharing is vital to great life outcomes. Phone calls and the web have a difficult time achieving the personal connection with a face to face, in person, chat. We truly enjoy serving in the lives of those in our care.
wonderful stuff and congrats on hitting the homerun
Appreciate this comment Dale! Home Run!
Very nice. A win win. One for the patient and equally for us to have another happy successful patient.
