We create habits of doing things that often lead to expectations. That is, what we expect to happen on any given situation. We often have the highest ideals in creating patterns of why and how we do things. Expectations can be great things as there are feelings of contentment to know that “this will happen when I do this or see this person.”
Expectations of coming to our office and enjoying a hot cup of fresh brewed coffee or specialty tea is to be expected in our practice, but I am referring to much higher expectations…. Do we have expectations of a book being enjoyable because of past books read by the same author? Most often, we do. How about when we enjoy the same brand or type of chocolate, we already know what to expect…
I am so proud of our staff to place themselves at the forefront of helping patients to expect the high quality of care they deserve. I am ever grateful for patients allowing us to help them in areas of such concern. Hearing loss, tinnitus, vertigo, and dizziness, as well as misophonia are areas we specialize in. We have high standards of creating the expectations that meet each person’s need. We should pursue expectations of placing the patient first…. You can expect that!
Take your right hand and place it over your back and PAT!!!
