A patient “Blessed” my day!…… by Jennifer Subotnik Family Hearing and Balance Center

A patient was at home and came across their appointment card to our office. This prompted the patient to call in and have a conversation with me that made my day. She stated how our office has helped her and her mother in their relationship, and daily life together, all because their quality of hearing has improved. The Patient also stated that since visiting our office, they have been talking to their friends about how much better everything has been and they, too, should visit Family Hearing and Balance Center. It was so nice to hear such a wonderful report from a patient, but it also made me think about how things so small can make such a wonderful difference in someone’s day and life such as a test, device, or even a phone call to say thank you!

Jennifer Subotnik shared this story with our readers. She is new to our practice at Family Hearing and Balance Center.

Thank you, Jennifer, for joining our team as one of our patient care coordinators.

We most certainly do encounter many moments, such as in your story, in which we find blessings throughout the day!
