Dr. Richard S. Reikowski, Au.D, CCC/A, F/AAA
Doctor of Audiology, Director of Audiology
Dr. Reikowski earned his Masters degree from the University of Akron and completed his Doctorate of Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2004. He began his career working with Dr. Lippy and the Lippy Group in Warren, Ohio. He is now the Owner and Director of Audiology for his private practices in Akron, Northfield, and Parma Ohio. Dr. Reikowski is a member of the Ohio Academy of Audiology, the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association and the American Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Reikowski remains up-to-date with the most current hearing aid technology to better assist his patients and is an advocate for hearing loss education and awareness of the impact of hearing loss on the quality of life. He believes that education is the key in helping those with hearing loss. He has given numerous speeches and seminars to groups, hospitals, and agencies such as the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission. In 2008, Dr. Reikowski and Joanna Paxos of Greenleaf Family Center in Akron, began offering an educational seminar on hearing loss and effective communication strategies to the community, called the RJ Hearing Loss Program.

Theresa H. Reikowski, M.A., CCC/A
Clinical Audiologist, Executive Administrator
Theresa received her Masters Degree in Audiology from Ball State University in Indiana. She has provided full hearing evaluations as well as counseling each patient regarding his or her hearing loss. Theresa has been on several hearing missions to Mexico and has served as the Latin American Representative with Siemens Labs, based in Germany.
Terry, as she is commonly known, and Dr. Reikowski are also involved with charitable organizations that collect donated hearing instruments and glasses that are given to organizations such as I-Care International, who provide these donated items to those in need around the world.
Amy Welman, Au.D, CCC/A Doctor of Audiology
Amy Welman, Au.D. received her Doctor of Audiology degree from Kent State University’s Northeast Ohio Au.D Consortium (NOAC) in 2009. She is licensed in audiological and vestibular assessments as well as treatment of hearing loss. She has a special interest in assessing and treating patients who suffer from ringing in the ears (tinnitus) as well as learning about new technology for better patient care.
